« Transformed by my imagination, from a naturalistic inspired motif gives birth to a sculpture far removed from its original model. Matter appears autonomous, developing in hitherto unexplored directions. The work of the hand, however present, is erased and gives way to forms which seem to have been self-organized. The sculptures have a great diversity of technique, material, color and shine. I wish there were a multitude of things to observe.
The fantastic aura that emanates from the sculptures seeks to reflect, in my own way, the endearing and fascinating strangeness of the world around us. The wish is to arouse the spectator's curiosity and invite him to question himself about his own condition and his environment. » Mathilde Sauce
